2) Studio Builder + Business Blueprint — 6 Months
Everything above, plus the systems and depth to run it like a real business:
- 3 additional monthly coaching sessions
- The complete copy-and-paste SOP library — family agreements, cancellation and make-up policies, photo/video release forms, difficult-conversation scripts
- The full start-to-finish recital playbook — pull off a recital without the logistical nightmare

Before Studio Builder opens to the public, I’m hand-selecting just 5 founding members to go through the full 3-month program with me directly — completely free.
Here’s exactly how it works:
- It’s the full 3-month Studio Builder — 7 one-on-one coaching sessions, the diagnostic, the coursework, and everything you need to fill your calendar and earn your ZMC Certification.
- It’s free — in exchange for one thing: your honest, candid feedback throughout, and your most honest possible review when the three months are up. That’s the whole trade.
- We start in October. I’m reviewing applicants now and selecting the 5 before then.
- After the pilot, Studio Builder becomes a paid program (starting January). Founding members lock in their spot at no cost — these terms won’t come around again.
- The Business Blueprint isn’t part of the free pilot. The founding cohort is the core 3-month program. If you love it, you’ll have the option afterward to add the 6-month Business Blueprint — 3 more months of coaching plus our full copy-and-paste systems library.
When Studio Builder launches publicly, it’ll be a $3,700+ program. As a founding member, you’re getting all of it — free. The only cost is your honest feedback and a candid testimonial at the end.
